The artist's approach
To look at the world, Nathalie Bermudes chose photography as a medium so that our attention is focused on reality.
This exhibition project is an awareness raising project, whose purpose is to direct our attention towards the abuses that threaten our planet. Our house is burning, but we are looking elsewhere. All the works in this exhibition have been thought of, felt, as a philosophical birth, conceptualized as a film and its plot. Built by the courage to look at what bothers us, questioning the model of consumption, and egocentric behaviour, this approach, of which man has a divine plot, allows us to chart a common path based on love and hope.
The concept of this international exhibition proposes a double requirement of awareness and action. From imagination to concretization through strong images of our lifestyles that are no longer adapted to the reality of a changing world. This exhibition is part of a mosaic of points of view that converge towards a common goal : respect for oneself, for others, for our natural heritage, in order to erase the imperfections and damage that man's ego can do to his environment.
